ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE of CHILDREN

  • Please do not bring your child earlier than 10 minutes before start time, as your child will not be covered by our insurance.

​

  • At the end of each session we ask that you try to arrive punctually to collect your child so that they do not become distressed. Don't worry if you are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will wait a short time, then try to contact you on the emergency phone number given.

​

  • If you have arranged for someone other than yourself to collect your child, please inform a member of staff at the beginning of the session. Please tell us who the person is (name and relationship) and if possible introduce them to staff. Please make sure your child is informed.

​

  • The nursery closes promptly each day at 5.00 pm and parents and other responsible adult should be on the premises by this time.

​

  • There will be charges for the first 10 minute and for every 5 minutes thereafter (BND 2.00 / 5 mins). We take lateness very seriously as the eduCARE is only insured until 5.00pm when all staff and parent/children should have vacated the premises.

Age of Admittance

We accept children from of age eighteen (18) months to three (3) years old.

Birthday Celebrations

The nursery celebrates birthdays. Muzzyland Kid’s Party Service will accommodate an optional whether parents/carers wish to cater the party service in nursery shared between all the children attending on that day. Parents/carers have to inform nursery lead caretaker at least 3-4 weeks before the event.

Please note:

The cake/cupcakes will be nut ‘FREE’. Parents/carers of the child concerned are welcome to attend these small celebrations but we prefer that parents of other children do not attend as this causes significant disruption to the nursery routine

DAYS and HOURS of OPENING

The nursery is open from

7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, throughout the year except for nursery closure periods and Eid Mubarak and public holidays.

 

There are two sessions daily:

7.20 am – 11.30 am and

1.00 pm – 4.30 pm.

 

For the morning session the latest your child can be dropped for is 9.00 am and 1.45 pm for afternoon session.

eduCARE will inform the parents/carers at least one (1) month upfront, if there is a staff training run during the weekdays
